Welcome to Hero Fitness Club ! We now come to your place of work and offer group fitness classes for your employees and staff. We offer group training  for all ages and level of fitness.

Cost

This program can be paid in full by the company (great tax write off) or can be paid by the employees on a pay per class fee schedule.

Availability

Classes can be set up daily, weekly, monthly, or as needed. Classes can be done early morning, lunch time, or after work. We can help you determine a schedule that would best suit your needs.
